A push button switch is a mechanical device that used to control an electrical circuit , the operator manually push a button down, than actuate the internal switching mechanism.They come in a variety of shapes, dimensions, and configurations, depending on the design requirements.
Push button switches depends on a simple in-out actuation mechanism. They can be used to close or open a circuit. Alternatively, they can provide an input panel for the user interface of a piece of equipment or start/stop a particular function.
Push button switches may be categorized as being either momentary (after you press down the button, you release it, it back to original position)or latching type(you press the button down, then release your hand, it maintains the state)
