About using load

· The conditions for each type of rating are as follows.
Inductive load: power factor above 0.4 (AC), time constant below 7ms (DC)
Electric lamp load: there is a surge current equal to 10 times the constant current
Motor load: there is a surge current equal to 6 times the constant current
Note. Inductive loads are especially problematic in DC circuits, so the value of the load time constant (L/R) must be fully understood.
