6*6mm SMD Illuminated Tact Switch

6x6mm illuminated tact switch was classified into our company TS8 series and TS9 series led tactile switch, they are momentary action switch and normally open SPST button. 6.0x6.0mm illuminated tactile push button is most common styles in the market, this momentary illuminated tactile push button is widespread used for audio/visual equipment, medical equipment, home appliances and security devices.

Before 2022, referring to the TS8 series illuminated switch, it only provides through hole terminal type, because of the surface mount type led tact switch does not withstand the high temperature soldering, it can not be assembled by automated machine, only by manual soldering. Manual soldering the led button, it is no doubt to increase the cost and time for assemble.

After untiring research and testing, we found a kind of material can bear the heat-resistant, in the end, TS8 series SMD illuminated Micro Switch can be welded by reflow soldering at 260 centi-degree, now we have two type of TS8 SMT led tactile button, one of creamy white actuator, it is widely used for our cooperated customers, and other is full black, designers can select anyone, they are same function and reliability.
