Micro Switch

Micro switch is a pressure actuated fast switch, also known as sensitive switch.

The working principle is that the external mechanical force acts on the action reed through the transmission element (press the pin, button, lever, roller, etc.), and accumulates the energy to the critical point to produce instantaneous action, so that the moving contact at the end of the action reed is quickly connected or disconnected from the fixed contact. When the force on the transmission element is removed, the action reed produces reverse action force, and when the reverse travel of the transmission element reaches the critical point of the action of the reed, the reverse action is instantaneously completed. Micro switch contact spacing is small, action stroke is short, according to the power of small, quick on and off. The speed of the moving contact has nothing to do with the speed of the transmission element. The micro switch is based on the pin type, which can be derived from the button short stroke type, button large stroke type, button extra stroke type, roller button type, reed roller type, lever roller type, short arm type, long arm type and so on. Micro switch is used in electronic equipment and other equipment for automatic control and safety protection of frequent switch circuit. Micro switch is divided into large, medium, small, according to the needs of different points can have waterproof model (in liquid environments) and ordinary, and switch to connect two lines, provide general power control for electrical appliances, machinery, widely used in the mouse, household appliances, industrial machinery, motorcycles and other places, switch are small, but plays an irreplaceable role.
