The re-flow soldering temperature has seven segment procedure, the LED tact switch needs to match the working procedure, same with the material of product.
The re-flow soldering maximum temperature is 260 centi-degree, the plastic material of switch needs to reach to 260 centi-degree, in order to the heat-resist.
The re-flow soldering is adopted with machine suction production process, the switch lead needs to keep flat, the lead needs to be ensured the eat tin, the lead cann’t be oxidation,so need to keep the solderability; the switch lead terminal is better to use the copper plating silver procedure, the electroplate is 0.3um.
