At the same time, it is also necessary to ensure the cleanliness of the wafer connector production workshop, ensure that there will be no pollution problems such as ash accumulation after the production of terminal components, and ensure the cleanliness of its surface.
Third, hardness requirements. When choosing the raw materials for wafer connector, it is necessary to meet the requirements of hardness and tensile strength. Only when these two requirements are met can the pulling force of terminals reach the relevant standards of our country. According to the actual production of wafer pin seat connector on the market at present, the hardness of the general connector should reach 180~210Hv, tensile strength is 58~65kgf/mm2.
