Micro switch is also called as miniature snap-action switch, it’s a electric switch actuates that is operated by slight actuation force,it’s actuated by a tripping-point mechanism,a trigger mechanism is a device used to replace an object from stable state to another new stable state. This enables the switching to occur dependably at repeatable and specific positions of the actuator.
The MS12 series of sub-miniature micro snap action switches are single pole, double throw switches with a sub-miniature size of length 12.8mm by width 6.5mm and height 5.8mm (d) and comes with a choice of PC pins or solder terminations.
Electrically rated up to 3A at 125VAC with a mechanical life of up to 1 million cycles. The mini micro switch provides with a option of straight or roller lever actuators and an operating force of 30cN up to 140cN depending on the model.
