Illuminated tact switch SMT soldering problem

The surface mount illuminated tact switch has some issue of the soldering process,

1. The lead terminal’s surface flatness will impact the soldering, if the surface is not flat,the soldering procedure will be made again and it will lengthen the manufacturing time.

2. The raw material need to be used with high resist material, or the switch can not withstand the re-flow soldering 260 centi-degree, if the manufacturer uses the regular material, the switch will be melted when you solder it, so we developed the heat-resist material to make the heat-resist SMD illuminated momentary buttons.

3. The key cap for SMD led tactile button can not bear the high resist temperature, the SMT illuminated tactile button needs to be shipped separately with cap and switch.
