Brief introduction of Rocker switch

The rocker switch is also called as waveform switch, I/O switch or power switch, the shape is similar with boat, so we called it rocker switch.

The rocker switch’s structure is same with toggle switch, the toggle handle was changed with rocker, the rocker switch is usually used for power on/off switch, the contact is available in SPST and DPDT, it also offers illuminated type, full illumination and dot illumination versions.

Rocker switch is actuated by “rocker ”to make the switching action, they are available in various shapes and sizes, rockers are much more choices than toggle switch, but the rocker switch has standard mounting size, the rocker switch is abundant variable options, the mounted size from mini rockers at 15x10mm cutouts to large panel mounted cutouts 38 x 29mm, with many switching circuit as the toggle switch.

At present, the rocker switch is used in water dispenser, treadmill, computer speaker, battery car, motorcycle, ion TV, coffee pot, arrangement, massage machine and so on.
