The illuminated tact switch is 6mm tactile switches and can directly snap into a PCB., so we usually called it as PCB mount led tactile switch, the TS8-3B3TR is a tiny 10mm led tact switch, 10MM black frame and 7.5mm top cover is transparent material so that transmit the led color more better.
There are an built-in additional two pins that connect to the anode and cathode of a tiny LED that transmit the illumination to key top cap.

SPST, momentary PCB mounting
Optional housing and cap, round or square
Square 7.5mm/10mm/12mm or round dia.7.5mm/10mm/12.8mm cap size
LED Emitting Light Color: red, green, blue, white, yellow and bi-colors
